Maxwell Auto Inc. is currently seeking a full-time automotive Service Advisor who acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This candidate would greet and welcome customers, discussing vehicle issues and gather and enter data into a work order as well as schedule service appointments. It is important for this person to be a good listener, ask questions and be able to communicate key information necessary for a repair to the technicians. The candidate would answer the phone/emails and would be responsible for ordering parts and connecting with external parties. They are a key liaison in the end-to-end workflow process
